How to set up an authorized officer on a merchant account

What's in this article?

You can set up your eligible tax exempt non-profit or not-for-profit business through Bank of America's merchant services. An Authorized Officer who has full autonomy over the account must be assigned. An Authorized Officer can add additional locations, request account maintenance changes, and close locations.

NOTE:
Prior to any account maintenance changes, an Authorized Officer currently associated with the account must be authenticated by the servicing team.
