Operator password required

Tip Menu
If your business accepts tips that are not completed during the transaction but are added to the receipt by the customer, you can adjust the tipped transaction.
Store & ForwardStore and Forward (SAF) is a process that allows you to accept payments in an offline mode. This application provides an option for you to process transactions when your device does not have a stable connection. Since the device will operate in an offline mode, this also means that you are exposed to the risk of not knowing if the transaction will be successful at the time of the transaction.

Using this feature, you can display, send and resend failed transactions that were performed in offline mode.

WARNING! It is recommended that you retain all receipts and obtain contact information for the customer in case a transaction does not go through. You will not know if the transaction is approved or declined at time of the transaction when using this application. In addition, if your device becomes damaged you could lose the sales that were stored in your device. Merchant Services would not have a recourse to fund these lost sales.

Ping
Operator password required
Test your terminal connection to a server or router if you suspect that your internet connection is unstable.
