What's in this article?

Two-factor authentication is required when the following changes take place:

  • First-time login to Back Office.
  • Employee PIN change.
  • Password reset by user. 

    NOTE: Will not appear when resetting another employee's password.

  • Employee record change.

To authenticate

  1. When a change occurs, the verification code is sent to the phone number entered during the profile build in the Back Office
  2. Enter Verification code in the pop-up window.

    NOTE: If the verification code is not received, verify that the phone number shown in the pop-up window is correct. If correct, select Send Again. If the phone number is incorrect, update the phone number in the Back Office.

  3. Select Validate Code.
  4. Code is verified, proceed with process, business as usual.
