What's in this article?
Two-factor authentication is required when the following changes take place:
- First-time login to Back Office.
- Employee PIN change.
- Password reset by user.
NOTE: Will not appear when resetting another employee's password.
- Employee record change.
To authenticate
- When a change occurs, the verification code is sent to the phone number entered during the profile build in the Back Office.
- Enter Verification code in the pop-up window.
NOTE: If the verification code is not received, verify that the phone number shown in the pop-up window is correct. If correct, select Send Again. If the phone number is incorrect, update the phone number in the Back Office.
- Select Validate Code.
- Code is verified, proceed with process, business as usual.
