Payments App Transaction History

You can view transaction history for the Payments app, searching by transaction number, the terminal operator, a card type or the last four digits of the card. The transaction history of the terminal is available until the batch clears. If your business is set up for automated batch, your terminal history will clear at the end of the business day. Use  your Merchant Services account  transaction management options to view older transaction information instead. 

To view transaction history

1. Tap Payments app.
2. Tap FUNC. Swipe left to right to move between tabs, if needed.
3. Tap History. The detail list of transaction history will display.
4. Tap to select a transaction to view details, such as transaction number, the last four digits of the card number, amount, and what the authorization response was for that transaction.
5. Tap Confirm to return to the history list to select a different transaction.
