How to track the shipment of your point of sale equipment

When your point of sale equipment has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from onlinebankingealerts.bankofamerica.com with the subject line Order # XXXXXXX shipping notification. The email notification will be sent to the email address that you have provided for your account.
NOTE:

To track the shipment of your point of sale equipment
- Go to FedEx® Detailed Tracking,
- Select Tracking.
- Enter the tracking number from your notification email into the Tracking ID field.
- Click Track to review shipment details.
