The Help & Support menu provides options for how to contact Technical Support. It may be necessary to access the app version information or update the application firmware during troubleshooting.

Help and support

Help information is available in the app.

To access help and support information from MobilePOS app
  1. In the MobilePOS app, tap ☰ menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap Help & Support. The contact number for Customer Support, serial number for your connected D135 card reader, and merchant identification number (MID) display. Additionally, links to user guides are available.

App version information

The About menu displays the installed version of the application. 

To view app version information
  1. In the MobilePOS app, tap menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap About. The application production and developer version display. The current production version is 2.1.3.

Firmware update

To resolve an app issue, you may need to perform a firmware update on the MobilePOS app.

To update the firmware
  1. In the MobilePOS app,  tap the menu in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Tap Card Reader Setup.
  3. Tap Firmware Update.
  4. Tap Force Update. The update may take a few minutes to complete.
