How to access the PCI Assist portal from Business Advantage 360 online banking

To access the PCI Assist portal in Business Advantage 360 online banking

  1. Log in to your Merchant Services account in Business Advantage 360 online banking. 
  2. Select the Business Services tab > PCI Assist.

  3. Click Continue to go to the PCI Assist site. Follow the prompts to complete the validation.

What if the pop-up does not appear to direct me to the PCI Assist site


There are several troubleshooting steps you can take if the pop-up does not appear:

  1. If there is a message in your browser address bar indicating that pop-ups are blocked and/or cookies are disabled, you can click the message and choose to allow them.
  2. Confirm you are using a supported browser version.
  3. Confirm in your browser settings that pop-ups and redirects are enabled – and cookies are allowed.
