Back Office Activity Summary

Quickly view a summary of your store's sales activity, sales trends in the last six weeks, activity alerts, discount and promotion sales, and a snapshot of your email campaign activity, if applicable.

To view the Activity Summary dashboard

1. In the Back Office , select the My Store tab to view the Activity Summary screen.
2. Review sales activity for the current date or choose a different date.

   Feature	Description
   Activity Snapshot	The net sales and number of transactions for the selected date compared with yesterday and a week prior.  View average sale amount, tips collected, taxes due, the number of returns for the date selected and see a breakdown of sales by payment types.  Click View Report to see detailed information in the Store Summary.
   Last Six Week Trend	A graphic of your activity for the last six weeks. Use the dropdown to view sales or transaction trends. Click View More to see detailed information in the Sales Dashboard.
   Alerts	Alerts for unusual sales activity or other important information for the previous seven days. You can configure these alerts in Alert Management. Click More to view detailed information about the alert. The graphs on the right compare the alert trigger data to the previous week's data to explain why the alert activated. Below the graphs, the top five transactions specific to that alert from the day the alert triggered display.
   Discounts & Offers	(Essentials Light offers Discount activity only) Sales information related to discounts and promotions in the last six months.  Click View Report to see detailed information in the Discounts & Promotions report.
   Email Campaigns	(Not available in Essentials Light) Snapshot of the impact of your email marketing campaigns. Click View More to view details on the Customer Dashboard.
