Basic Payment Solution - Medical Card Verification

Use the Verify Card option to verify that a card is valid and active without charging the card. 

IMPORTANT! Verifying a card ensures that the card is valid but does not guarantee availability of funds. 

To verify a card

1. Select the Transaction Type > Verify card.
   
   
2. Select Tap/Swipe/Insert Card or Manually enter card number for the card that you want to check.
   

   Manually enter card number

   1. Tap Manually enter card number.
   2. Select whether card present is present or not.
   3. Enter Card number.
   4. Enter the Expiration date.
   5. If the card is not present, enter the CVV from the back of the card.
   6. Enter the Street address.
   7. Enter the ZIP code. 

   
   
3. If prompted, enter the card PIN number, then tap Confirm.  
   

   NOTE: If you are using the PIN Pad A35, the customer enters the PIN number there.

4. Choose a receipt option or tap No Receipt to return to the main screen.
