How to make a sale using Basic Payment Solution - Medical

Solution: Basic Payment Solution - Medical
 

The Sale screen is the default screen for Basic Payment Solution - Medical. Enter the amount for the sale, including tax, and then take a card payment using this option. 

To make a sale

  1. Confirm that Sale is the active Transaction Type. If not, select it from the dropdown list.

  2. Enter the amount of the sale including the tax, if applicable.

  3. Tap Checkout.
  4. Tap Card or Manually enter the card number if the card is not available.

  5. Review the information, then tap Confirm.

  6. Follow the onscreen prompts to take the payment. 

    NOTE: Cash and EBT are not available.

    1. Select whether card is present or not.
    2. Enter the Card number.
    3. Enter the Expiration date.
    4. If card is not present, enter the CVV from the back of the card.
    5. Enter the Street address. 
    6. Enter the ZIP code. 
    7. Tap Pay. When payment is successful, the receipt options display.

  7. If prompted, enter the card PIN number, then tap Confirm. 
  8. Choose a receipt option or tap No Receipt to return to the main screen.

Text a receipt


  1. Select the Text receipt option.
  2. Enter the phone number.

  3. Tap Text Receipt or Text & Print Receipt.

Email receipt


  1. Select the Email receipt option.
  2. Enter the email address.
