Online Ordering Tax Synchronization

Synchronize your online taxes with the tax configuration for your store.

IMPORTANT!
 You will not be able to save your order fulfillment options (Pickup, Curbside or Dine In) until online taxes are configured and synced.

To synchronize online taxes with store tax configuration

1. In Back Office, confirm that taxes have been configured. 
2. Select the Online Order tab. 
3. In the left navigation, select Tax Calculation under Global Settings.
4. Click Sync Online Taxes.
5. Navigate to Settings in the upper right corner. 
6. Select Taxes.
7. Ensure that the line item "online" appears under the taxes location name.
