Importing customer records into the Point of Sale Solution Back Office allows you to fully take advantage of the system’s data management and reporting features. Use the provided Excel template to upload your customer list. Once imported, customer records are available in Customer Details in the Back Office and at the Point of Sale.
To import the customer list
- In the Point of Sale Solution Back Office, select Customers > Upload Customers.

- Click Template to download the Excel document.

- Open the template, enter the required information, and save the file to your computer.

- Click Choose file and select the completed template.

- Click Upload to import your customer list.

- Click Publish.
