Yes. The footer can be customized for the Basic Payment Solution. Call us for assistance. 

Can the Basic Payment Solution support emailing a receipt?

No, it is not currently supported.

Transaction Management

Does the Basic Payment solution allow me to view my transaction history?

Yes. You can view your transaction history, searching by transaction number, the terminal operator, a card type or the last four digits of the card.

Can I enable a password requirement for certain types of transactions?

Yes, you can enable a password requirement for transaction types such as manually keyed, voids and return transactions.

Device and application details

Where can I locate the IP address for my A80 or A920 Device?

You can locate the IP address for your device in the "About device" section of the terminal settings.

Where can I find the version number of the Payments app installed on my device?

You can find the software version in the Settings menu of the Payments app.

Troubleshooting

I have received the error message "Exceeds Maximum Transaction limit". What does it mean?

The error message indicates that you have reached the maximum transaction amount of 1,500 that you can have in a batch. To avoid receiving this error message, batches should be closed on a regular basis. When the error message is received, closing the batch will resolve the issue.
