FieldPulse is business software and an e-commerce platform that provides businesses with scheduling and dispatching support, job management, GPS fleet tracking, invoices and estimates, mobile invoicing, recurring payments, online payments, and QuickBooks® integration. 

FieldPulse's integration with the Bank of America Gateway leverages the bank's Microform Integration method to help meet the Self-Assessment Questionnaire A (SAQ A) Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance level.

Requirements

A Merchant Services account with Bank of America, a live website, and a FieldPulse 2.0 account are required to activate the solution.

NOTE: 
Any existing tokens for recurring customer payments will need to be re-established after activation with Bank of America.

Configure payment settings

You will need to provide your MID and API keys to FieldPulse to complete setup of your payment settings in the FieldPulse software. 

To locate your MID and generate security keys 

  1. Log in to your Merchant Services account in Business Advantage 360 online banking. Locate your MID. 
  2. Generate security keys for the live environment or test environment.
  3. Contact FieldPulse to provide your MID and security keys. 

To run a test transaction

FieldPulse will assist you with running a test transaction after payment configuration for your account is complete.

To archive the Bank of America payment gateway

Contact FieldPulse if you no longer wish to use the Bank of America Gateway.
