Bank of America's Mobile Point of Sale Dashboard (MobilePOS Dashboard) is a management tool for assisting businesses using the Mobile POS Solution. The secure MobilePOS Dashboard provides business and user management, basic inventory control, and transaction reporting. The MobilePOS Dashboard pairs with a registered Bank of America MobilePOS app developed for both Android™ and iOS. 

NOTE:
The MobilePOS Dashboard can be accessed on all web browser types; however, Google Chrome accessed from a laptop or PC is preferred.

To login to the MobilePOS Dashboard
  1. Access the MobilePOS Dashboard at https://mobilepointofsale.bofamerchantservices.com.
  2. Enter the email address and password that you used to register your account.

To log out of the MobilePOS Dashboard
  1. In the upper right corner of the welcome dashboard, select Log Out
  2. Click Yes to confirm.
To recover your password
  1. Access the MobilePOS Dashboard at https://mobilepointofsale.bofamerchantservices.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your registered account’s email address, type the case sensitive validation code from the image and click Submit. If your email address is valid in our systems, you will receive a password reset email.
  4. Check your email for an automated password reset email from Support@mobilepointofsale.bofamerchantservices.com. If you did not receive the email, check your spam or junk email folders.
  5. Click the Create a new password link in the reset email. The link will expire in 24 hours. If the link expires, request a new Forgot Password link.
  6. Enter a New Password following the password requirements.
