• Cleaning the device: 
  • Do not use industrial strength or abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
  • Do not spray water or cleaner into the EMV Card Reader or ports.
• Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight, high-temperature, moist, dusty, or strong electromagnetic environments.
• Do not vibrate, shake, or drop the device.
• The device contains a lithium ion battery. If the battery is damaged, call us for a replacement.
• Before connecting the USB cable to a power supply, ensure that the USB cable not is damaged. Please do not continue to use a damaged cable.
• Do not plug any foreign material or unknown cords into any port of the mobile card reader, as this may cause serious damage.
