Payments App V1.01.11 Debit Card Balance Inquiry

NOTE:

If enabled for your business, you can check the balance for a debit card. To request this feature, call us at 833.344.2324.

To check the balance

1. Tap Payments app.
   
   
2. Tap Balance.
   
   

   NOTE: The Balance option will not be visible unless you have had this optional feature enabled.

3. Swipe, insert, or tap the card. A debit transaction cannot be manually keyed.
4. Instruct the customer to enter their PIN.
5. The balance will display. Tap OK to print a receipt with the balance.
