How to find your merchant identification number (MID) in Merchant Services online banking

Each Merchant Services location is identified by a unique merchant identification number (MID). You can look up this number in Merchant Service online banking or check your point of sale device. Your location names also include the last four digits of the MID to help you match the location and MID.

To locate your MID in Business Advantage 360 online banking
  1. Log in to your Merchant Services account in Business Advantage 360 online banking. 
  2. Select the merchant location.

  3. In the left navigation panel, select Client Info > Client Details to open Client Information.
  4. Find the merchant ID in the second column of the Locations section.

To locate your MID in Virtual Terminal
  1. Log in to your Merchant Services account in Business Advantage 360 online banking. 
  2. Under the desired merchant location, click on Access Virtual Terminal.

  3. Your MID is located in the top bar of the Virtual Terminal screen.

Your MID can be found on your device.
