Merchant Services Statements

Your Merchant Service account statements are available through online banking. 

How do I access my Merchant Services statement?

1. Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/smallbusiness/ or bofa.com.
2. Login with your online banking credentials.
3. In the Accounts tab, select Statements & Documents.
   
   
   

The most recent Merchant Services statement will be listed under Most Recent. Historical statements can be found below in the Statements section and can be filtered by account and year.

What will be in my statement?

• Monthly summaries of transactions by type (card, debit or third party).
• Daily summaries by location including multi-location summaries (when applicable).
• Chargebacks/Returns/Reversals.
• 1099-K Backup Withholding, if applicable to your merchant account.

Do pending fees appear in Merchant Services online banking each day or only at the end of the month when they are billed?

Account service fees are billed monthly. Transaction fees appear each day and then bill monthly. Daily billing is not currently an option for Merchant Services.
