MobilePOS App Transactions and Orders

You can review sales using the Transactions & Orders menu. Transactions can be searched by date, last-4 digits of the credit card number, trace/invoice number, or transaction status. Details associated with transaction and order history can also be reported with the MobilePOS Dashboard.

To view transactions and orders In the MobilePOS App

1. In the MobilePOS App Quick Sale mode, tap the Transactions & Orders icon from the home screen or tap ☰ and then select Transactions & Orders.
   
   
   
2. Search for a transaction or order using the following criteria options:
   
   
   • Date (Today, Last 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, and Custom)
   • All, Sale, Void, and Refund
   • Completed orders or open orders
   • All, Credit, and Cash
   • Last 4 digits of cards
   • Trace Number
