How to update account contact information in Business Advantage 360 online banking

The updates being made only apply to your Business Advantage 360 account. Changes will not impact other accounts accessed in online banking.

To update contact information in online banking

  1. Log in to your Merchant Services account in Business Advantage 360 online banking. 
  2. Select Profile & Settings from the top right corner.

  3. Select the Your Contact Info box.

  4. You will be able to see all of the addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses associated with your account. Update your preferences for use and add/delete contact information.

To update your phone number

  1. Select Add phone/mobile number.
  2. Complete the fields on the phone number information form.
  3. Select Continue to confirm that what they have entered is correct and save.
