Online Ordering Site Contact Information

It is important to set up your site contact information in Online Ordering so that customers have a way of communicating with you when needed. This information will appear in a contact section of your online ordering store. 

To enter site contact information for your website

1. In Back Office, select the Online Order tab. 
2. In the left navigation, select Site Contact.
3. Enter the following information:

   table listing fields and their descriptions

   Field	Description
   Company Name	Your company name. This should match your official store name.
   Address (address, city, State, postal code)	Your store address.
   Main Phone Number	The contact number for your store.
   Main Email Address	The contact email address for your store.
   Customer support phone number	If you have one, the phone number for your customer support.
   Customer support email address	If you have one, the email address for your customer support.

4. Click Save.
