Set up the A920, A60 or A80

To set up the A920, A60, or A80

  1. Connect the payment terminal to your router using an Ethernet cable or through Wi-Fi.
  2. Learn more about your payment terminal:

IMPORTANT!
Once the payment terminal has been set up, contact SoftPoint for assistance with connecting the terminal to the POS system, running test transactions, and training on your new configuration.

Run a test transaction through the payment terminal

To run a test sale transaction directly on a payment terminal, without the assistance of SoftPoint, you can use test credit cards to swipe/insert/tap the card on the Bank of America payment terminal. Test credit card numbers can also be used to test a manual sale transaction. The configuration can also be tested with live transactions and live cards.

Refer to Payments App Sale for more assistance on running a test transaction directly through the payment terminal.

Disconnect payments through Bank of America

If you need to disconnect payments through Bank of America, contact SoftPoint for assistance.
