- The application will automatically open when the device powers on. Start by entering your PIN to log in.
- Tapping the menu icon opens the navigation menu. This is where you can access your reporting, close your batch manually, manage your inventory, invoicing, and adjust your settings.
- The tiles displayed on the home screen include Time and Attendance, where employees will clock in and out for their shifts and breaks.
- Till Management is where you manage the money in your till throughout the day. This includes opening and closing the till, cash in or pay out, and cash drops.
- Calendar is where you can create, view, edit, and confirm your business appointments.
- Orders is where you can take orders and accept payment. You can also access other order options, like loyalty points, or adding a customer.
- Online is where you can access and manage orders received from your online store.
- Tapping on any of the tiles will open their displays and features.
- When you are ready to return to the home screen, tap the navigation menu and tap the home icon.
- If you need a step away from the device, tap the lock button to lock the screen.

Launch the Point of Sale Solution App
The application will automatically open when the point of sale device starts. If you need to manually start the app, tap the Point of Sale icon on the main screen. Once the app opens, enter your PIN to login. Learn more about how to log in. 
Main menu
Most activities on the point of sale are done from the main tile options. 
Tile options include:
- Time & Attendance, where employees clock in and out. Depending on your Software Plan, you may have additional functionality. Learn more about Time and Attendance in the app.
- Till Management to manage the money in your till throughout the day: opening and closing the till, cash pay in/out, and safe drops. If your transactions include adjusted tipping, add the tip to the transaction after the sale in Till Management. Learn more about how to open, close, and manage cash in Till Management in the app.
- Calendar manages your scheduled appointments. Learn more about using Calendar in the app.
- Orders is where you take an order and accept payment. You can also access order options, such as loyalty points or adding a customer. Learn more about taking an order in the app.
- Online provides access to information and management of orders received from your online store. Learn more about managing online orders in the app.
To log out of the app, click the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the app main screen.
Navigation menu
Tap the Menu icon to expand the navigation menu. You can access reporting, close your batch manually, and manage inventory or invoicing/estimates. The Settings option provides hardware setup configuration and, depending on your Software Plan, may also include table layout. To manually synchronize your app with the Back Office, tap Sync.
Return to home screen
You can return to the home screen by closing a view using the X icon in the top right corner, if available, or by selecting the Menu icon in the top left corner, then tapping the Home icon.
Exit the app
Log out of the app by tapping the icon in the top right corner of the screen, then tapping Yes to confirm. If needed, you can exit the application by dragging up from the bottom of the screen to show the action buttons at the bottom of the screen, then tapping the O icon to exit or the square icon to close the app. Re-open the app by tapping the Point of Sale App icon on the main screen.
