Bank of America's Back Office provides cloud-based reporting that allows you to generate detailed reports that provide insight into sales, inventory, employee performance, and customer behavior. You can download and analyze data to make informed decisions to improve profitability, efficiency and customer experience.
Where beneficial, reporting allows you to narrow your search results by date range, employee, register, product, or other applicable data to identify best-selling items, prevent stockouts, review employee sales performance and areas for improvement. Reports can downloaded and saved in Excel format.
Reporting access is dependent upon permissions set for an individual employee or job role and the software package you have chosen for your merchant account.

Device Activity | Essentials, Retail and Restaurant | Makes it easy for businesses with multiple payment terminals to view the activity for each device. |
Device List | Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Allows you to see the details of each device that has been activated on your subscription. This report gives you an easy look at the names and software versions running on your devices. |
Discounts and Promotions | Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Shows all price discounts made at your store during the selected date range. This report will help you understand the use and effectiveness of your discounts. |
Donations | Restaurant | Provides detailed information about your donation campaigns. |
Employee Activity | Essentials, Retail | Makes it easy for businesses with multiple cashiers to view the activity for each cashier. |
End of Day | Restaurant | You can receive daily emailed reports for Restaurant Solution, such as: Daily Summary, Hourly Sales, Items sales and more. In User Roles, enable the EOD Reporting features and select the reports the user should receive each day. |
Financial Shifts | Restaurant | Prints to the default printer with the total cash owed amount. |
Hourly Sales | Restaurant | Provides you with a breakdown of your sales by hour and enables you to look for sales trends. |
House Accounts | Restaurant | Enables you to see a list of your house accounts, their maximum balance, and their last statement date. You can view a list of all house accounts or filter the report to view a specific house account. |
Labor Shifts | Restaurant | Enables you to review the times your employees’ clock in and clock out on the POS app and the total hours worked for a shift and a time period. |

Item Sales | Essentials Light, Essentials, Restaurant | Pulls all of your items with sales activity in the selected date range. You can use this report to find out how well specific items are selling over a specific time period. |

Modifiers | Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Is a listing of all of your modifiers in your inventory at the time you run the report, regardless of sales activity. |
Modifiers Sales | Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Pulls all of the modifiers sold in the selected date range. The modifiers are broken down into modifier groups. You can also use this report to find out how well specific modifiers are selling over a specified time period. This report will show all modifiers sold, whether they have a price associated with them or not. |
Non-Sales Revenue | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | A non-revenue item is something you sell or charge for in store that is not included in your Net Sales. The Non-Sales Revenue report enables you to track non-sales item activity by category. |
POS Transactions | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | The POS Transactions report can help you find transaction detail for your store. It is helpful if you ever need to confirm that a transaction took place. |
Price Overrides | Essentials, Retail | Provides information about price overrides made at the point of sale such as override reason, employee, item level, override amount. Monitoring this report will help store owners prevent possible abuse of this functionality. |

Sales Summary | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Allows you to see certain information from the Store Summary report, but for longer periods of time that you specify. Specifically, this report displays the daily number of transactions and their tax, returned items and their price, and the total number of items sold and their net sales. Being able to export a large list of daily sales enables you to have a solid overview of your revenue. |
Shifts Report | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail | Provides a summary view of shifts opened and closed at the POS by device. |
Store Summary | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Provides an ongoing “check-in” of your store using a date range and selling location. |
Taxes Report | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail, Restaurant | Use the Taxes report to see sales by individual tax rates and tax jurisdictions. You can generate this report and send it to your accountant for tax filing. If you sell at multiple locations, this report will break down the tax information for each of your selling locations with sales for the selected date range. |
Time Clock Report | Essentials, Retail | Shows the hours worked by your employees, with two view options. |
Tips Report | Essentials Light, Essentials, Retail | Provides a report of the total amount of credit card tips declared per employee, per business day. You can use this report to identify which employees are receiving the highest and lowest tips. By default, the report includes all employees; however, you can filter the report to display only a specific employee. |
