The Point of Sale Solution is available with four software plans. The software plans scale in functionality, adding all of the features of the preceding plan(s) plus additional features. The Basics plan is a web-based solution while the Starter, Growth, and Pro plans are compatible with multiple hardware and accessory options.

The Basics plan is the base software option for the Point of Sale Solution. It includes estimates, invoicing, reporting, an integrated Virtual Terminal, QuickBooks® integration, basic inventory and employee management, discounts plus multi-location management. The Basics plan is a good fit for businesses that:

  • Need a straightforward service for accepting payments in-person.
  • Accept payments through invoicing, by phone, or recurring billing.
  • Need a simple solution for taking payments without the need for any hardware.

The Starter plan serves clients who need essential features for in-person payments. This plan includes all Basics plan features. The Starter plan is a good fit for businesses that: 

  • Have a brick-and-mortar location and/or operate in the field. 
  • Need the ability to accept inline tipping. 
  • Need a solution with hardware that is simple and secure.

The Growth plan includes a comprehensive set of business management features for all types of businesses such as email/text marketing, a loyalty program, physical gift cards, advanced inventory and employee management, appointment scheduling and reminders, tip adjustment, auto gratuity, menu and table management, open tabs and more. This plan includes all Basics and Starter plan features. The Growth plan is a good fit for businesses that: 

  • Need advanced business management features like timekeeping and scheduling.
  • Need tools to help them grow their business and increase customer engagement.
  • Need tools to manage product inventory and/or resources.
  • Need the ability to schedule appointments and send reminders.

The Pro plan appeals to many types of businesses that need a full suite of features to manage their business including online ordering, online booking and fees, in-store check in/out, digital gift cards, a Kitchen Display Solution and more. This plan includes all Basics, Starter and Growth plan features. The Pro plan is a good fit for businesses that:

  • Need a simple option for clients to order from their store online.
  • Need the ability to offer digital gift cards.
  • Need a Kitchen Display Solution to help manage orders in the kitchen.

When you access a feature in the Back Office that is not included in your current plan, a pop up message with the option to upgrade your plan displays. Click View plans to view your upgrade options.
